Organization Development uses an integrated understanding of human behavior in the work place to foster an environment that attracts and retains talented and engaged employees. OD services include assessment, intervention planning, facilitation, evaluation, coaching, and strategic planning. I endeavor to use a strength-based approach that engages employees and management in identifying and maximizing inherent strengths, motivation, skills, and abilities.
