Organization Development

Organization Development is characterized by an integrated understanding of human behavior in the work place. I work with leadership and employees to bring out the best in the organization and staff. OD work includes assessment, intervention planning, facilitation, evaluation, coaching, and strategic planning. I endeavor to use a strength-based approach that engages employees and management in identifying and maximizing inherent strengths, motivation, skills, and abilities. My goal is to facilitate organization culture where people feel valued and respected.
